This agreement governs access to twinsparktech.online, including our Premium Predictor tool. This tool offers college prediction based on past MHT-CET counselling data and trends. It is intended for informational purposes only.

2Use of Service

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Allowed Uses:

• Personal predictions for individual use
• Dashboard usage for tracking your progress
• PDF downloads (for premium users only)

Prohibited Uses:

• Automated scraping or data extraction
• Bot access or any automated system access
• Bulk downloads of our data
• Commercial reselling or republishing of our data
• Any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Service

3User Account & Authentication

• Users must provide genuine and accurate credentials when registering
• When using Google authentication, you must use your legitimate account
• Fake or fraudulent login methods will result in immediate and permanent ban
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

4Payment & Refund Policy

• Premium features require one-time secure payment via Razorpay
• All payments are final and non-refundable
• No chargebacks are accepted
• Disputes raised via payment gateways will result in immediate account suspension
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with prior notice

5Intellectual Property

• All tools, visuals, data processing models, and source code are owned by TwinSparkTech
• No part of this project may be copied, reverse engineered, hosted, or distributed without written permission
• The "TwinSparkTech" name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without permission
• All content on this platform is protected by copyright laws

6Disclaimer & Liability

• Predictions shown are approximations based on previous year's CAP counselling cutoffs
• We are not affiliated with DTE Maharashtra or any government authority
• All cutoff data is publicly available and sourced from the official CET Cell website
• No guarantee of admission is given — final decisions rest with official counseling authorities
• If a user fails to get admission based on our prediction, we hold no responsibility
• We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our Service

7Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TwinSparkTech and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or a breach of these Terms.

9Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

10Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
